WATERBURY, Conn. (WFSB) - An 18-year-old was arrested by Waterbury police after driving an ATV on city roads and fleeing a traffic stop.
Police say the department’s Auto Theft Task Force was patrolling Willow Street on Oct. 14th when officers noticed 18-year-old Rayshaun Dolloff driving an ATV on the roadway.
When officers attempted to conducted a traffic stop, Dolloff fled on foot.
Police say Dolloff was quickly located, arrested, and charged with insufficient insurance, interfering with an officer, unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of an ATV, and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
