AURELIA, Iowa (KTIV) - Two people under the age of 21 were arrested and charged after their truck was pulled over for a speeding violation.
On Sunday, Oct. 5, at 1:30 p.m., deputies stopped a gray pickup truck, driven by a 16-year-old man from Cherokee, Iowa, at 130th Avenue. Court documents say while trying to catch up to the pickup, the deputy found a red item and an orange prescription bottle on the road.

Documents reveal, Ford admitted during a discussion with deputies that the items thrown out of the pickup truck’s window were a bottle of marijuana and a marijuana pip
