CLEVELAND — A Cuyahoga County jury has found Bionca Ellis guilty on all charges in the fatal stabbing of 3-year-old Julian Wood outside of a Giant Eagle in North Olmsted last year.
The 34-year-old Ellis had previously entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity to the following charges:
One count of aggravated murder
Two counts of murder
Two counts of attempted murder
Two counts of felonious assault
One count of endangering children
One count of tampering with evidence
One count of theft
The jury started their deliberations after closing arguments wrapped on Tuesday afternoon .
Ellis will be sentenced by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge John J. Russo on Oct. 27.
