Nashville-based AJ Capital Partners plans to break ground this quarter on its mixed-use Belle Meade Village on the city's west side.

Relatedly, the company confirmed Wednesday it has enlisted Nashville-based Fridrich & Clark Realty to handle pre-sales of the future residential units for the site.

As the Post reported in April, the residential component of the project will be comprised of two high-end buildings, designed in a traditional manner and each with 46 units. Now called 1 Iris Lane, The Residences at Belle Meade Village, the pair of structures will offer units designed by New York-based Meyer Davis. The founders of that company — Will Meyer and Grace Davis — originally are from Nashville.
