(WPTA) - The Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reminds Hoosiers to have their hunting licenses in order ahead of deer firearms season, which begins on November 15.

The reminder comes after the agency unveiled a new license system, which can be viewed here , last December.

The agency says that it is expecting very high traffic to this system over the next few weeks, and is encouraging hunters to log in soon, verify their personal information, and familiarize themselves with the new site.

For help with the new license system, hunters are asked to visit the ‘Help’ section located at the of bottom left of the home page on GoOutdoorsIN.com , call 317-232-4200 or 877-463-6367, or email INHuntFish@dnr.IN.gov .
