HARTFORD, CT. (WFSB) - A man was injured in a shooting in Hartford Wednesday afternoon.

Police say that they responded to the area of Clark Street at around 5:37 p.m. for the incident.

Officers arrived and found evidence of gunfire.

While they were on scene, an area hospital reported that a gunshot victim had arrived for treatment.

The man, who is in his 40s, was suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds. He was listed in stable condition.

Police are investigating.
