The Andhra Pradesh government has approved two investments worth ₹1,000 crore from the Raymond Group for aerospace and automotive component manufacturing units in Sri Satya Sai district. The projects are expected to create over 5,400 direct jobs.

The state will provide incentives worth ₹700 crore under the industrial and aerospace policies to support the projects.

According to government documents, JK Maini Global Aerospace Limited, a Raymond Group subsidiary, will set up an aerospace manufacturing facility with an investment of ₹510 crore, generating around 1,400 jobs. The facility will manufacture precision components for global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 suppliers. Commercial operations are scheduled to begin by May 2027.
