PARADISE, Calif. - A Paradise man was taken into custody after an investigation by Paradise Police into child exploitation.
Authorities say that on September 26, the Paradise Police Department was contacted by a concerned citizen who reported that a man was engaging in electronic communications with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old girl.
The citizen provided evidence showing that Devin Olah of Paradise had sent sexually explicit material to the decoy account. According to the Paradise Police Department, Olah also attempted to arrange an in-person meeting with the person he thought was a minor.
After an investigation was carried out, Olah was arrested by the Paradise Police Department on Wednesday.
Olah was booked into the Butte County Jail on the following charges:
