PLAINWELL - The Harper Creek boys soccer team was looking to make history.

They fell short of that, but maybe it was just because they were a year too early.

Host Plainwell defeated Harper Creek 2-0 in a Division 2 boys soccer district championship game on Wednesday, Oct. 15.
