DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Happy tails is back! Every Wednesday, WAND will feature animals from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation (DMCASF).

This week, we're featuring Sebold and Sheila.

Sebold has a past that no dog should endure, but has gained 10 pounds and is learning that people can be good.

Sheila came into the shelter as a stray in May and is about three years old with a soft and gentle personality.
