In a clash of two of the Mid-Penn Conference’s apex predators, Northern bared its fangs. The Polar Bears downed Colonial champion Boiling Springs 1-0 to cap their regular season on Wednesday.

Mike Gante scored the winning goal off of a connection from Landon Bronson. Wyatt Brown recorded two saves and Matt Fullerton came up with three saves.

Eli Ackerson provided five saves for the Bubblers.
