St. Peter’s Prep, No. 2 in the NJ.com Top 20, defeated Bayonne 2-1 in double overtime, thanks to a game-winning goal by Anthony Bautista in Jersey City.

Following a scoreless first half, Philip Sayouwoh scored at the 56th minute, giving St. Peter’s Prep a 1-0 lead.

Shortly after, Marko Matulj scored for Bayonne (2-9-2) to tie the match 1-1.

Anthony Novello recorded seven saves for St. Peter’s Prep (14-1-1).
