For about two hours, law enforcement officers conducted an operation along a stretch of Interstate 4, impacting traffic Thursday.

Investigators were seen on I-4 east, from east Seminole County into Volusia, taking daytime scene photos and measurements.

Drivers experienced delays near Lake Mary Boulevard, the eastbound ramp on Interstate 95 and South Dirksen Drive.

The pacing operation is all part of an investigation into a deadly hit-and-run crash.

As of Oct. 16, no one has been arrested in connection with the crash.

Law enforcement says the driver is responsible for crashing into and killing three people on Oct. 4.

Troopers say a motorcycle, a Dodge Durango, a Ford Focus, and a Honda Pilot were all involved.
