NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Nashville residents concerned about Influenza have an opportunity to receive the vaccine free of charge this month.

The Metro Public Health Department (MPHD) is organizing an effort called “Fight Flu Day,” where Nashvillians can get free flu shots at three separate locations.
