Flatwoods, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A multi-week investigation has led to the arrest of a man in connection with drug trafficking.

Flatwoods Police say Donald Montgomery is facing two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.

Police say that after serving a search warrant at a home in the 500 block of North 4th Street on Tuesday, they found fentanyl and a large amount of cash.

The Flatwoods Police Department was assisted by Raceland Police Department when serving the warrant.
