LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
One person died and two others were rescued during after a vacant house caught fire in Louisville's Parkland neighborhood.
The fire broke out Thursday morning in the 700 block of South 31st Street near the Nia Center on West Broadway.
Fire officials said the house was vacant and boarded up.

Homes on both sides were also damaged, and some people were displaced. The Red Cross is helping those people.
