RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A man is facing a murder charge after being accused of stabbing another man to death in Raleigh earlier this week, police said on Thursday.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, officers responded at around 10:52 a.m. to a code blue on the 1200 block of Pender Street.
When officers arrived on scene, police said they found a man, later identified as 63-year-old Richard Hauser, lying dead from multiple stab wounds.
Investigators said they identified 69-year-old Reginald Perry as the suspect, charging him with murder.
Raleigh police said this remains an ongoing investigation.
