A carjacker pulled a woman from her vehicle at the Stop & Shop on the Berlin Turnpike in Wethersfield on Wednesday night, according to police, are trying to identify him.
Officers responded to the Stop & Shop at 1380 Berlin Turnpike after receiving a report of a carjacking and found that a man in a beige hooded sweatshirt and camouflage pants had forced the female victim out from the driver seat of her gray Buick Lacrosse, which has Connecticut plates BN00701, then he headed east on Jordan Lane and then north toward Maple Avenue in Hartford, police said.

They said the carjacker did not use any weapons and the victim was evaluated and had no visible injuries.
