Spooky season is in full swing, and there are plenty of Halloween festivities leading up to the big Halloweekend at the end of the month (especially for furry friends).

Lincoln Heights — Benny Boy Brewing is hosting a “Howloween” Doggie Bazaar on Saturday, October 18. At 5 p.m., there will be a costume parade and contest while dog vendors, live music and pup portraits continue from noon to 8 p.m.

Highland Park — The OffBeat is hosting Noche Sin Ti on Saturday, October 18. Dress in costume for a night of cumbias, hip-hop and hits from the 80s through Y2K.

Lincoln Heights —Bob Baker Marionette and Heritage Square Museum’s annual Spook-A-Nanny i s on October 19, with snacks from Lei’d Cookies, Papi Churros, Witch
