A Malden woman protesting the way ICE, Homeland Security and FBI agents were arresting somebody outside Malden District Court on Sept. 29 was herself arrested yesterday on a charge of threatening a United States official.

Bethany Terrill is scheduled for her first court appearance today at 1:30 p.m. in US District Court in Boston on the charge, which carries a maximum penalty of ten years in federal prison.

An affidavit by an FBI agent describes what allegedly happened shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 29, as the agents moved to grab an immigrant following his arraignment on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage at Malden District Court, which is currently on Mystic Valley Parkway in Medford:
