BOSTON (WWLP) - A woman from Malden has been arrested and charged with threatening to kill federal agents during a lawful immigration enforcement operation.

The Department of Justice states that the incident occurred outside Malden District Court, where federal agents were conducting immigration enforcement activities.

Charging documents report that 37-year-old Bethany Abigail Terrill allegedly interfered with federal agents who were effecting an administrative immigration arrest. She is accused of physically interjecting herself into the situation, being verbally abusive, and making threatening statements towards the officers.

Terrill allegedly approached the agents, shouting and pushing through them to record the incident on her cell phone. She reportedly yelled phrases such as 'ICE i
