There were mixed fortunes for the 11 Hibs players who were called up for international duty during the October session.
Grant Hanley, Kieron Bowie & Josh Mulligan – Scotland
Grant Hanley put in another impressive display in a Scotland jersey on his 64th cap for his country. He played the full 90 as Scotland came from behind to beat Greece 3-1 at Hampden Park.
In the lead-up to Scotland’s second qualifier with Belarus, Josh Mulligan received his first call-up to the senior Scotland National Team.
He was named on the bench alongside Hanley and Bowie, with Bowie making his competitive debut for Scotland in the closing stages of a 2-1 victory.
Those two results have guaranteed Steve Clarke’s side a World Cup play-off spot at the very least. Scotland sit joint-top of Group C alongside Denm
