BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - It didn’t take long for Bruce Pearl to land a new high-profile job.
After stepping down as the Auburn head basketball coach , CBS Sports announced Thursday that Pearl would be joining the network as an analyst, working alongside Robbie Hummel to call regular-season games.
He will also contribute to studio coverage for the network.
Peal, who will contribute in-studio as part of CSB Sports and TNT Sports’ joint coverage of the NCAA Tournament, brings decades of knowledge and experience with him to the booth.
In a coaching career that began in 1982 as an assistant at Stanford, Pearl is 706-268 as a head coach across three different schools, including Tennessee and most recently Auburn.
