Title: Giuffre's Memoir Alleges Prince Andrew's Misconduct

Virginia Giuffre's posthumous memoir, "Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice," claims that Prince Andrew acted as if having sex with her when she was a teenager was his "birthright." The memoir, set to be published on October 21, details Giuffre's allegations against the prince, who has consistently denied her accusations.

Giuffre, who was a victim of Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking, alleges that she had sexual encounters with Andrew on three occasions, including when she was under 18. In the memoir, she recounts meeting Andrew in London in March 2001. She describes an incident where Andrew correctly guessed her age, explaining, "My daughters are just a little younger than you."

The two later went to Tramp nightclub, where Giuffre recalls Andrew as a "bumbling dancer" who "sweated profusely." Afterward, they returned to Ghislaine Maxwell's home, where Giuffre alleges they had sex. She claims Epstein paid her $15,000 for "servicing the man the tabloids called Randy Andy."

Giuffre's allegations have drawn significant attention, especially following her interview with BBC's Panorama in December 2019, where she described being trafficked by Epstein to Andrew. In February 2022, Giuffre and Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement estimated at around C$22 million, which included a donation to her charity for survivors of sex trafficking.

Lawyer Ann Olivarius commented on the settlement, stating, "She had leverage, she used it and she triumphed." Giuffre had previously pursued legal action against Epstein and Maxwell, including a 2009 lawsuit where she accused Maxwell of recruiting her as a minor for sexual exploitation.

Andrew, 65, has faced severe backlash due to his association with Epstein, who died by suicide in a New York jail in 2019 while awaiting trial for trafficking underage girls. Maxwell, 63, was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022 for her role in recruiting underage girls for Epstein.

Giuffre, who held dual citizenship in the U.S. and Australia, died by suicide on April 25, 2025, at her farm in Western Australia. At the time of her death, she was involved in a custody battle for her three children. Andrew's reputation has suffered greatly due to these allegations, leading to a significant decline in his public appearances and popularity. The memoir is expected to shed more light on her experiences and the events surrounding her allegations against the prince.
