Researchers at the University of Waterloo are getting a $4.3-million boost from the federal government.
From quantum computing to privacy-aware artificial intelligence, the university said 26 researchers will receive funding to “drive discovery, innovation and research infrastructure development.”
“By investing in science and research infrastructure, we are laying the groundwork for discoveries that will enrich our communities and inspire future generations,” Mélanie Joly, federal minister of industry, said in a news release.
