Construction of a 38-unit beachfront condo set to begin this fall

The Breeze beachfront condo project is ready to go, with construction on the 38-unit building set to begin later this fall. The project is expected to be completed in early 2027.

With everything ready to go, the vision of Callander couple Ryan and Erin Farquhar is close to materializing. If the names ring a bell, the two were the ones who built the lighthouse in Callander Bay. While that was underway, the couple began the process of developing The Breeze, a process that took approximately two and a half years.

During last Tuesday’s Callander council meeting, councillors approved the final zoning amendments, which green-lit the project.
