The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association has released a new 30-day outlook extending into November .
The outlook states that La Nina conditions are expected to persist throughout November.
It also predicts that a wide swath of Pennsylvania may see a reduced chance of precipitation over the next 30 days.
But while dry weather is expected to continue, the National Weather Service says that we may see some wintery effects by early tomorrow, if not precipitation.
The National Weather Service in State College has issued an urgent frost advisory for Friday morning.
The alert includes Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties, and the cities of Carlisle, Chambersburg, Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster, Lebanon and York.
