NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man accused of attempting to abduct a teenage girl on Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15. Police said a 16-year-old girl was approached by a man driving a black truck with a cabin on the back.

The man is described as a white male with brown hair, approximately 5'9". At the time, he was wearing a "dirty neon construction-style shirt" with brown pants and black shoes.
