USA, — Police departments and sheriff's offices across the United States are warning their communities against a "stupid and potentially dangerous" prank going viral online.
The "AI homeless man prank" trend uses artificial intelligence to make a realistic photo of a man at someone's front door or inside their home. The images are then sent off to family or roommates.
It's sent law enforcement officers around the country rushing to homes after getting calls about break-ins, like the Fountain Police Department in Colorado.
