RUTLAND, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) - According to Vermont State Police on Thursday, six months into an investigation that involved the FBI as well as the Drug Enforcement Administration, two men are in custody and scheduled to appear in federal court Friday.
Authorities say that Raymond Regimbald, 54, of Rutland, as well as Mark B. Brown, 31, of Springfield, Massachusetts, are facing charges after federal, state, and local law enforcement searched a home on Rutland's Dorr Drive on Thursday. Brown's car was also reportedly searched.
Police say they found just under a pound combined of cocaine and cocaine base, as well as more than 600 bags of fentanyl.
