40 improvements have been made in LCA Mark 1A, which will make the maintenance of these fighter jets easier.

The first demonstration of the indigenous Tejas, which the Indian Air Force is set to receive, will be held today at the Nashik line. To accelerate the production of the fighter jet, the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) facility in Ozar, Nashik, Maharashtra, will also be inaugurated today. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will be present during this event.

HAL, which is manufacturing Tejas aircraft for the Air Force, received its fourth engine from the US in September itself. One of the features of this fighter jet is that missiles can be fitted in 9 places on its wings.
