Andrés Giménez sparkled at the plate again, and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. set a new franchise record, as the Jays won inside Seattle’s T-Mobile Park for a second straight night to tie the best-of-seven series 2-2.

Scherzer pitched 5 2/3 innings of two-run baseball to help Toronto to the victory, making his first start for Jays in over three weeks. He’d been left off the team’s ALDS roster and used the time to get his body right after some shaky starts in September.
