RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A man who was hospitalized in a double shooting at a Raleigh gas station has died, and police said a teen suspect is being charged with murder.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, a 16-year-old is the suspect in a double shooting that occurred Monday night at the Shell gas station on the 1800 block of New Bern Avenue.

One man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries from the shooting, but the other man who was shot died. Officers said identified him as 53-year-old Michael Dickens.

CBS 17 previously reported that Dickens was found at the gas station with a gunshot wound. The other victim later showed up at the hospital shortly after the 911 call was made, and officers said the hospital staff notified them of the victim's arrival.
