A Dorchester woman was fatally struck by a car in Randolph on Tuesday, authorities said.
Ruth Samuels, 57, was hit around 6:24 a.m. in the area of Warren and Silver streets, the Norfolk District Attorney’s office said.
Samuels was taken to a Boston hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
“The driver of the car, a 48-year-old woman, remained at the scene,” officials said. “No charges were immediately filed.”
The crash remains under investigation, officials said.
