HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - A 19-year-old was booked into the Daviess County Jail and charged with terroristic threatening after he allegedly said he had a desire to commit a shooting Kentucky Wesleyan College.
According to a post from the Owensboro Police Department, officers responded to a reported disturbance in the 200 block of East 23rd Street on October 14 and located Josiah James with several injuries to his arms that required medical treatment. Authorities say while he James was being transported to a local hospital, he confessed to wanting to commit a shooting at Kentucky Wesleyan College.
