NORTH HAVEN, Conn. — North Haven police are investigating after the body of a deceased individual was found inside a home along the 100 block of Sackett Point Road Friday afternoon, according to police .

The investigation into the cause of death is still ongoing, but investigators have not ruled out foul play.

In a statement, the North Haven Police Department said, “we have no reason to believe there is any risk or threat to the community.”
