MONROE COUNTY, Michigan — An Ohio man was arrested in Whiteford Township, Michigan, after authorities recovered a stolen motorcycle.

According to the sheriff, deputies were dispatched to the area of Samaria Road and Sylvania-Petersburg Road shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17, to search for a motorcycle that had been stolen in Toledo. While searching the area, deputies stated the stolen bike was located and parked at a residence in the 6800 block of Samaria Road.

Authorities reported that an adult man was standing with the motorcycle and immediately fled when deputies pulled into the driveway of the home.
