CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — The parents of 6-month-old baby Nnakai Pratt, found dead this week following a three-day search after he was reported missing, are due for court appearances Friday morning as they now both face charges in the case.
The father, Antonio Pearce, is charged with murder and other counts. The mother, Necolette Pratt, faces charges including party to the commission of a crime. Their first appearance proceedings were originally scheduled for Thursday but have been moved to Friday.
11Alive has also learned Nnakai's twin sister is now in the custody of the Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS).
