LYNDHURST, Ohio -- South Euclid-Lyndhurst Schools are on the ballot this November seeking passage of Issue 52, a 7.9-mill levy request that would provide for general operations funding, as well as building renovations and expansions.
If approved, the levy would cost property owners within the district approximately $23 per month pe1r $100,000 worth of county appraised value.
The district states that money derived from the levy would be used to make needed building repairs and renovations throughout the district.
One of these renovation projects would have the district’s Southlyn property, 1340 Professor Road, made into a new preschool building that it believes will better meet the community’s “need for high-quality early childhood programming.”
The opther project would allow for upgrad
