Winds will shift from the south today, warming temperatures well above average. This will bring highs to the low 80s.

We are currently in a level 2 drought and in need of some rain! A cold front is expected to develop late Saturday and push east Sunday. The front will lose some steam when it approaches the mountains and Upstate, though some areas in the mountains could see some gusty winds.

Most areas will receive half an inch of rain or less. Once the front clears, expect sunshine and a big temperature drop.
