STURGIS, Ky. (WEVV) — Sturgis officials are preparing for predicted storms this evening.

Fire Chief Josh Bradburn discussed the situation with city officials.

The Sturgis Senior Citizens Building will be open for anyone needing shelter during the storms.

The building is located at 1002 North Monroe Street in Sturgis.
