OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Protesters flooded midtown Omaha Saturday gathering at and around Turner Park for the “No Kings” rally, part of many others across the country.

Protesters told First Alert 6 they’re done being silent, they feel the current administration isn’t representing any of their values, and going against what America stands for.

“I think Congress has grossly abdicated their responsibilities to listen to the people, and it seems to me like they have completely abdicated authority to Donald Trump and his administration.” Judy Hartlieb, a protestor, said. “That’s not the way our founders framed up the balance of powers in our country.”
