TEXARKANA, Texas – The Tough Kookie Foundation rolled out the “pink carpet” for survivors and supporters at the Katina R Levingston 5th Annual Breast Cancer race and walk at A&M Texarkana’s campus on Saturday morning.

Tough Kookie Foundation raises money to help support those battling breast and childhood cancers.
