The Nevada football team scored the most points it has all season, but it wasn't quite enough as the Wolf Pack lost its 14th consecutive Mountain West Conference game on Saturday night.

New Mexico took a 24-22 win over Nevada in Albuquerque, N.M. to drop the Wolf Pack to 1-6 overall, 0-3 in the Mountain West. The Lobos improved to 4-3 overall, 1-2 in the Mountain West.

Nevada had a drive going late in the fourth quarter, but it stalled at midfield when the Pack went for it om fourth-and-seven and did not get the first down.

Th Lobos then took possession and got a first down and ran out the clock.

New Mexico had not scored on its opening drive all season, but the Lobos did get a touchdown on their first drive in Saturday's game.
