SRINAGAR : The Jammu Kashmir Cabinet minister, Satish Sharma, on Sunday said that the revival of the Darbar Move would strengthen economic activity and foster brotherhood between the regions of Jammu and Kashmir. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

Speaking to media, Sharma said the practice, which involves the biannual shifting of government offices between Srinagar and Jammu, has a long history dating back 149 years. “It all started in my time. The honourable Chief Minister’s vision was to revive it. When I took over the government a year ago, I considered the gap of four to five years in the practice and its impact on Jammu and Kashmir relations,” he said.
