It's been a while since the Cleveland Browns hosted a home game after being away in Detroit, London and Pittsburgh, but the guitar smash tradition continued on Oct. 19 despite the stormy weather.

The Browns' guitar smasher prior to the Week 7 game against the Miami Dolphins was former Browns defensive tackle Michael Dean Perry.

Perr y, is a six-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro. He was drafted in the second round by the Browns in 1988. He played six seasons in Cleveland.

Perry was so popular that McDonald's named a specialty burger — the "MDP" — after him in 1991. The triple hamburger with cheese and bacon was sold at metro Cleveland McDonald's locations for $1.99.
