GLENDALE, Ariz. — Police have found two dead bodies in a vehicle in Glendale, according to authorities.
The Glendale Police Department said the bodies were found in a vehicle on Sunday at around 10:50 a.m. near 51st and Peoria avenues.
The bodies are male and in "varying states of decomposition," according to police.
"The bodies were discovered after family members of an adult male had not seen or heard of him since Oct. 17," police said.
Using cellphone tracking software, the bodies were tracked to the place where they were discovered.
The second person is believed to be a friend or acquaintance of the first man who was missing, police said.
