Rapper Playboi Carti has been charged with misdemeanor assault in Utah following an alleged incident earlier this month involving his girlfriend and a limousine driver, PEOPLE reports.

The 30-year-old musician, whose real name is Jordan Terrell Carter, was in Utah for his “Antagonist” tour when the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call on Oct. 2 about two men fighting. Deputies spoke with Carter, his girlfriend, his security guard and the limousine driver, identified as Carl Reynolds, according to reports.
