(Bloomberg) — Israel launched strikes against Hamas in Gaza and reportedly suspended all aid shipments on Sunday after blaming Hamas for a lethal Palestinian ambush that left two soldiers dead.
The Israel Defense Forces said it responded to “blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement” by striking dozens of “Hamas terror targets” including weapons storage facilities, firing posts, terrorist cells, and additional terrorist infrastructure sites.

The IDF said it also dismantled six kilometers of underground tunnels using over 120 munitions. In addition, Israel halted the transfer of aid into Gaza “until further notice,” the Associat
