BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - Another beautiful and warmer than average weekend is coming to a conclusion. Skies are mostly sunny this evening with a few hazy upper-level clouds. Skies will be partly to mostly clear to start tonight, but conditions will quickly cloud out shortly after midnight as a new low-pressure system starts to enter Maine. AM fog is expected, with a few showers reaching Western spots by sunrise. Low temps will vary from the low 40s to low 50s. SE gusts will reach 25 mph.

On Monday, high pressure exits with low pressure working right in on our doorstep. This will tighten the pressure gradient, creating strong southeasterly winds. SE winds will be sustained from 10-25 mph with gusts between 30-40 mph. A few power outages and downed trees are possible, but I’m not expecting a
